NanoBio® Closes $11 Million Series C Financing

Funds Will Support Ongoing Clinical and Preclinical Development Programs

ANN ARBOR, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NanoBio® Corporation announced today the closing of an $11 million Series C financing, including full participation from its existing investor syndicate. Proceeds from the financing will be used to advance the company’s development programs for herpes labialis (cold sores), cystic fibrosis and nanoemulsion-based vaccines for respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) and genital herpes (HSV2).
