Dillard’s, Inc. Declares Two Cash Dividends

Board Declares Special, One-Time Cash Dividend of $5.00 per Share

LITTLE ROCK, Ark.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dillard’s, Inc. (NYSE: DDS) (the “Company”) announced today that the Board of Directors declared a regular, quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share as well as a special, one-time cash dividend of $5.00 per share. Both dividends are payable on the Class A and Class B Common Stock of the Company on December 21, 2012 to shareholders of record as of December 7, 2012.
