(the “Company”) announced today that it will post its quarterly report for the fiscal 2013 second quarter ended September 30, 2012 on the Company’s secure investor website by 5:00 PM Eastern Time on Friday, November 16, 2012. The quarterly report is being furnished pursuant to the Indenture governing the Company’s 12¼% Senior Secured Notes due 2016 (the “Notes”). The quarterly report will be made available to holders of the Notes, qualified prospective investors in the Notes, and certain broker-dealers and securities analysts.
