World Class Capital Group Acquires Eight Property Portfolio from National Self-Storage REIT

World Class Capital Group’s latest self-storage acquisition one of the largest in 2012

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Austin-based real estate investment firm, World Class Capital Group, LLC (http://www.wccapitalgroup.com/), announced today that it has acquired an eight property self-storage portfolio from a publicly-traded self-storage REIT. The portfolio includes over 3,400 self-storage units accounting for almost 450,000 square feet.

The purchase of the eight facilities, which are primarily located in the Dayton and Cincinnati, Ohio markets, represents the second portfolio acquisition for World Class Capital Group in 2012. This August, WCCG acquired another self-storage portfolio from Sovran Self Storage (NYSE: SSS) consisting of 12 properties and almost 1,000,000 square feet.
