LCNB Corp. Declares Fourth Quarter Dividend, Sets Annual Meeting

LEBANON, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Directors of LCNB Corp. (NASDAQ: LCNB), at their meeting on November 13, 2012, have declared a Fourth Quarter dividend of $.16 per share on the company’s common stock. The dividend will be paid on December 17^th to shareholders of record December 3, 2012.

The Board of Directors of LCNB Corp. also announced that they would hold the 2013 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on April 23, 2013 at 10:00am EDT. The meeting will be held in the Board of Directors Room at 2 North Broadway, Lebanon, Ohio for the purpose of electing directors and such other matters as may properly come before the meeting. Shareowners of record on the company’s books at the close of business on March 1, 2013 will be entitled to vote on all matters coming before the meeting.
