NEWPORT NEWS, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, Perfect Commerce, LLC—the leading provider of eProcurement and eSourcing solutions—proudly announces that it has completed its audit examination under the Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) 16 Type 2, after an in-depth investigation by the independent accounting firm, BDO USA, LLP. Our European office located in Paris, France underwent the equivalent International Standard on Assurance Engagements (ISAE) 3402 Type 2 audit to further meet business accountability standards.

Perfect Commerce’s Peak 10 Datacenter, located in Richmond, Virginia, is also in compliance with the SSAE 16 Type 2 regulations. However, unlike many other SaaS (Software as a service) providers, Perfect’s internal business processes such as code development, information technology processes, product accountability etc., also comply with the standards of effectiveness and control set in place by the new criteria of SSAE 16.
