Investors Title Company Declares Quarterly Dividend

CHAPEL HILL, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--J. Allen Fine, Chairman of the Board of Investors Title Company (NASDAQ: ITIC), announced today that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $.08 per share to shareholders of record December 3, 2012, payable December 17, 2012. “This represents a $.01 per share increase in our cash dividend payment to shareholders,” Fine said.
