- EBTIDA: $18,163,152
- Gross operating revenue: $61,371, 118
- Food and beverage revenue: $24,469,888 (more than 910,000 meals served)
- Occupancy: 67.9 percent (expected was 59.8 percent)
- Total room nights: 207,283
- 361,000 overnight guests stayed at the hotel
Since its opening, the Omni Dallas Hotel received LEED Gold New Construction certification, making it one of the only LEED Gold hotels in Texas and the largest LEED Gold hotel in the U.S. outside of Las Vegas. The hotel also received an M&C Gold Key Award, and Smart Meetings Platinum Choice Award. In 2012, Omni Dallas’ restaurant Texas Spice was designated as a Two-Star Certified Green Restaurant® by the Green Restaurant Association and the property also received Lodging Hospitality Readers’ Choice for Top Design in 2012.
