Florian Rentsch, Hessian Minister for Economics, Transport and Regional Development, stated recently, “The medical technology sector is of paramount importance to the healthcare of our citizens. But is accomplishes even more than that: It strengthens the business location of Germany and moreover secures employment. This is particularly true for Hessen. Our federal state has numerous large and smaller medical technology enterprises for which about 20,000 people conduct research, develop and manufacture.”
