Prudential Donates $3 Million for Immediate Support of Hurricane Sandy Relief Efforts

NEWARK, N.J.--()--Prudential Financial, Inc. (NYSE: PRU) today announced that it is donating $3 million through The Prudential Foundation to non-profit organizations assisting in the immediate relief and recovery efforts for victims of Hurricane Sandy. These include the Community FoodBank of New Jersey, The Salvation Army, the American Red Cross and other organizations. In addition, Prudential will match employees’ personal contributions to non-profit organizations delivering relief efforts and services in the communities affected by the hurricane.
