A highly qualified member of the mobile payment industry, Terri brings over 20 years of experience and knowledge to the North American Bancard organization.

With a historical focus on creating optimal service experiences for customers, Terri joins NAB from Global Payments where she served as senior vice president of service operations, strategic relationships and business development. Prior to Global Payments, Terri served 11 years at First Data Merchant Services, most recently as director of workforce management. During her tenure at First Data, Terri led daily operations, client services, quality management, marketing, strategic planning and relationship management.
Terri attended the Hagerstown Business College in Hagerstown, Md., and is an award winning member of the payments industry, having received multiple awards including the Global Payments Chairman’s Achievement Award in 2008 for outstanding accomplishments and exceptional contributions.
Terri served as director to the Restaurant Association of Maryland and the Comerica Alliance, and also belongs to the Electronic Transaction Association. She was an active participant of the Merchant Advisory Group on behalf of Global Payments during her tenure there. Terri’s other notable affiliations include United Way, Future Business Leaders of America, Contact Center World and the American Society for Training & Development.
