CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sand 9, Inc., a pioneer in precision micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS) timing products for wireless and wired applications, today announced that Alan Mond has joined the company as executive vice president of sales and marketing. An industry veteran with more than thirty years’ experience in timing and frequency control, Mond was most recently vice president and general manager for the communications business unit at Vectron International, Inc. Mond joined Sand 9 on October 15, 2012, reporting directly to Vince Graziani, CEO.
