Azbil Vietnam's Presence at the Building and Industrial Automation Exhibition in Saigon

TOKYO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Azbil Vietnam, a subsidiary of Azbil Corporation (TOKYO:6845), in an effort to expand business opportunities in Vietnam, made their debut at the "Architecture Building M&E Vietnam 2012 and Industrial Automation Vietnam 2012 " exhibition held at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam from September 19th to 21st, raising their profile for automated system technology in Vietnam's building and industrial markets. Approximately 600 people visited the Azbil booth over the three days during the event, in which approximately 140 companies participated.

In the building-related arena, Azbil raised the awareness of the brand "azbil" by offering DVDs and catalogs in Vietnamese as an introduction about the company, in addition to showing off building energy management techniques tailored for the Vietnam building market. They also exhibited savic-net™ FX, a building management system which takes advantage of the latest technologies, as well as other various products that meet the high performance and reliability needs of buildings, such as: Energy Data Server, and ACTIVAL™ PLUS, a valve with flow meter control features, and heat systems controllers.

In the industrial arena, Azbil showcased solutions to maximize the efficiency of Vietnam's instrumentation maintenance business. They presented the InnovativeField Organizer, which performs the integrated monitoring and diagnosis of the operating status for several regulating valves and measurement devices, in addition to performing setting adjustments; and Plug In Valstaff™, an adjustment valve maintenance support system. These products contribute to optimizing plant instrumentation maintenance by applying field device diagnosis and maintenance information obtained through communication between the Azbil control system and field devices. NX instrumentation was also on exhibition as a solution to achieve flexible instrumentation. NX instrumentation is a network instrumentation which makes possible the ultimate in decentralized deployment. It optimizes both line operation rates and coordination between equipment in production processes, while attaining a reduction of energy use by easily linking equipment and coordinating their operation.
