Kenexa Introduces Fall Lineup of New Business Solutions

Investment in Innovation Enhances the Company’s Offering in the HR Space

HR Technology Conference 2012

WAYNE, Pa.--()--Kenexa (NYSE:KNXA), a global provider of business solutions for human resources, announced today it plans to unveil its fall 2012 lineup of new HR technology products during the 15th annual HR Technology Conference & Exposition in Chicago. These new products represent the company’s commitment to developing innovative business solutions so organizations around the world can achieve success both in today’s challenging economic climate and in tomorrow’s promise of growth by building a smarter workforce through best recruitment and talent management practices and solutions.

The new products introduced by Kenexa extends the company’s reach in the Human Capital Management space and gives HR professionals cutting-edge tools to attract the best talent and maximize the performance of their workforce. These products will help companies attract, assess, onboard, retain and reward the best employees, effectively educate their workforce to meet today’s and tomorrow’s needs, and develop and implement strategies to achieve results.

“In this industry, innovation is what drives future success, and our plan is to continue to aggressively roll out several new or improved products and services, many with social and mobile capabilities, that help our clients achieve better results today and tomorrow through more productive and efficient workforces,” said Rudy Karsan, Kenexa’s chief executive officer. “By constantly investing in new products and technologies, we offer organizations proven solutions that solve the talent challenges that keep executives awake at night.”

New products from Kenexa in 2012 include the latest in the learning arena, assessments, performance management, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee surveys and compensation solutions.

One of the new products in the lineup is Rapid Hire, a new module and mobile user interface designed specifically for hiring managers in high-volume industries like retail and hospitality. Rapid Hire is 2x BrassRing delivered on a tablet, and it streamlines the recruitment process for hourly hiring with the right set of tools hiring managers need to recruit and hire the best talent right at their fingertips.

Because it’s optimized to be used on a tablet, Rapid Hire allows managers to easily sort and filter candidates, view and print candidate information, update the status of candidates and schedule interviews even during busy work hours without leaving the sales floor.

Combined with 2x Brass Ring, Kenexa’s market leading enterprise recruitment solution, this single solution for both hourly and corporate recruitment will greatly benefit organizations.

“Rapid Hire is an ideal tool that allows hiring managers to manage multiple recruiting tasks while keeping them in the store,” said Eric Lochner, president, global talent management at Kenexa. “We understand that hiring hourly employees is radically different from corporate hires, and we have now bolstered our current suite to meet the needs of each group and support it with one system, making it user-friendly, global and scalable to an organization’s specific hiring needs.”

Also new in the lineup is Kenexa’s Mobile Feedback App, part of the suite of Survey products and services that match how customers communicate with their employees.

Kenexa’s Mobile Feedback App allows companies to gather real-time feedback from employees, support the action planning process and continuously listen to their workforces. With this app, organizations can pose a question and receive data immediately or get live feedback during a presentation or a meeting.

“Our new Survey tool enhances the employee engagement survey process by giving organizations the capability to gather immediate feedback,” said Troy Kanter, chief operating officer at Kenexa. “By using the Mobile Feedback App, employees can express their thoughts and opinions in real time on a device they use every day.”

Kenexa has also improved its Compensation practices with the release of two new solutions, 2x Compensation Management and CompAnalyst, which give organizations the tools they need to plan and implement compensation strategies.

2x Compensation Management is the next generation compensation management solution designed by compensation experts. This solution simplifies the process and reduces the stress of making compensation recommendations for an organization. This tool provides the data needed to make the compensation process fair and objective.

With 2x Compensation Management, companies can easily implement a core organization-wide strategy through a controlled process with manageable guidelines. Administrators will like using this solution because it helps them control the entire compensation timeline.

Kenexa’s CompAnalyst has a new look and enhanced usability features that enable organizations to develop and maintain externally competitive and internally equitable pay programs with a web-based tool. This saves time, reduces errors and provides a consistent approach to compensation strategy across multiple locations. With this solution, compensation teams can spend time making recommendations on the optimal allocation of compensation dollars that are aligned with the company’s business strategy.

CompAnalyst provides salary data for more than 4,000 benchmark jobs and includes job descriptions and competency content.

“Customers using these compensation solutions can not only plan a long-term strategy for equitable and fair pay based on the latest trends and market data, they also can put these plans into immediate action in a timely manner that saves time and resources,” said Zahir Landani, president of Kenexa Compensation.

Kenexa’s new fall lineup also includes:

  • The Onboarding Experience. This tool, along with Mobile Onboarding, offers a new, innovative way to provide a meaningful and personalized experience to new employees. Mobile Onboarding works on all mobile devices. This solution allows for multi-platform support and is available in 20 languages, shrinks time to productivity and drives high performance.
  • Fit Compass. This is the latest assessment tool from Kenexa, which provides managers with a custom interview guide, facilitates development, career planning and team building and helps preserve or change a company’s culture.
  • 2x Assess. A new talent management offering, 2x Assess is highly configurable, provides enhanced reporting and offers extensive multilingual capabilities.
  • Kenexa LMS 3.0. This is a full featured, configurable, enterprise class and social Learning Management System that supports classroom training, online learning, social collaboration and mobile learning.
  • Kenexa Hot Lava Mobile. This is already the leading mobile learning solution to rapidly develop, deliver and analyze the use of all types of device-independent mobile content that allows users to develop content once and deploy it to all available mobile devices and tablets.

“Kenexa’s lineup of new products and solutions will help executives hire and retain their top talent to create a smarter workforce,” Karsan said.
