Mechan Controls Plc announces interim dividend

Mechan Controls PLC announces that they have today (28 September 2012) declared an interim dividend for the year ended 31 December 2012.

The dividend shall be 0.625p per share net of tax.
The dividend shall be an interim Dividend, relating to the year ending 31 December 2012.
The record Date for the dividend is Thursday 04 October 2012, the share will be marked ex-div on Tuesday 02 October 2012, and dividend payments will be posted commencing on 19 October 2012.

The company confirms that the results for the six months to 30 June 2012 were announced on 28 September 2012.
