Maria Bäckman new General Counsel at JM AB (publ)

Maria Bäckman has been appointed General Counsel at JM (STO:JM), effective October 1, 2012. She will be a member of Executive Management and serve as secretary to the Board. Maria has worked as a company lawyer at JM since April 2000.

Maria Bäckman will succeed Urban Lilja, who will retire on October 1 this year. Urban has served as General Counsel and secretary to the Board since 1996. He will continue working part-time assisting the president until 2013.
