Event Features Education on All Facets of the Current Homebuying Process

SACRAMENTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Locally owned community bank Golden Pacific Bank is dedicated to strengthening communities by introducing local residents to the process of buying a home in today’s current environment. The Bank’s Residential Lending Solutions team is hosting a homebuyers education seminar on Tuesday, September 25^th from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. to assist residents with all facets of the purchasing process, from application to approval, as well as working with a Realtor, the title and escrow process, home warranties, credit counseling, and more. Staff will also be on hand to discuss the new HARP 2.0 refinance options available to home owners who are struggling to keep their home in the midst of rising payments and underwater mortgages, as well as reverse mortgages available to seniors who want to tap into the equity of their homes. Guest speakers will cover topics such as understanding the short sale process, as well as an introduction to new home purchases.
