The new office houses approximately 11 resources and enables Green Beacon Solutions to better serve clients located between their Massachusetts headquarters and their New York office. Designed around a core principle of fostering employee collaboration within the Company, the new office is an innovative space for an expanding organization that is committed to providing clients with world-class, practical business technologies and solutions that deliver a rapid and substantial ROI.
The Company also announced the following organizational updates:
- Between January and September 2012 the firm’s headcount rose 48%, essentially representing an increase in technical resources spread among the firm’s ERP and CRM practices. This increase in resources is a direct result of the new business opportunities that were identified in the first six months of the year.
- As announced in July, Kostas Tzigizis, one of Green Beacon’s founding partners and former Vice President of Consulting, transitioned into a new role as Vice President of Research and Development. In this position, Tzigizis is responsible for identifying and managing strategic initiatives to support the Company’s future growth. These initiatives include developing and packaging market-ready solutions from Green Beacon’s library of intellectual property (IP) acquired through 10+ years of consulting engagements. The IP, or “software accelerators”, streamline a project’s implementation cycle by integrating with and supporting common industry practices to minimize project costs and focus resources on resolving a client’s critical business-technology challenges.
- Recent marketing investments, primarily sponsorships at leading industry events such as ProVenue Exchange, ALSD Conference and Tradeshow, and the recent SEAT Conference Event, have strengthened awareness for Green Beacon’s Sports CRM solution within the sports-entertainment market, while driving new opportunities such as the one announced earlier this year with the Boston Red Sox™.
