Mr. Roddy has been instrumental in securing the Company’s initial state licensing, establishing relationships with Texas underwriters, and recruiting management, sales, and escrow personnel in key metropolitan areas throughout the region. Mr. Roddy has practiced law for 20 years and cemented his extensive title operations experience with Fidelity in 1997 where he held numerous executive-level positions for more than a decade. Intimately familiar with real estate issues, Mr. Roddy has lectured extensively on I.R.C. Section 1031 real and personal property exchanges with IPX, managed fee attorneys, and owned and operated his own fee office during the course of his 20-year legal career. A licensed Texas escrow officer, Mr. Roddy was COO and Director of Title & Settlement Services for Premium Title Services, Inc., a division of Altisource in Atlanta. Mr. Roddy is a member of the Texas Land Title Association, Dallas Bar Association and the Collin County Association of Realtors and continues to develop and teach accredited continuing education seminars to Realtors, brokers & attorneys.

In addition to Mr. Roddy, Charlie Scott, a 36-year veteran of the title insurance industry, will serve in the Dallas/Fort Worth area as Vice President and Area Manager. During his award-winning career, Mr. Scott has gathered unsurpassed knowledge abstracting and examining title, spearheading abstract plant management and holding positions as escrow assistant and officer, sales representative and manager and recruiter. He was the Dallas/Fort Worth area manager for Chicago Title Insurance Company. He created and oversaw a single point of contact for lender orders for all 254 counties in Texas as President of Lenders Advantage of Texas.
