Former CMS Administrator Thomas Scully to Speak at Matrix Medical Network Client Event at AHIP

Scully, former CMS Administrator, and Thomas E. Hutchinson, former CMS executive, at its client Special Executive Networking Dinner on Monday, Sept. 10, at the Army and Navy Club in Washington, D.C. The dinner is associated with the company’s sponsorship of and participation in the America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) Medicare Conference in Washington, D.C.

During the Matrix special executive client dinner, Scully, who was the Administrator of CMS from 2001 to 2003 under President George W.
