Remy Cointreau Acquires Bruichladdich, the Single Malt Whisky

Rémy Cointreau (Paris:RCO) announces the acquisition, through its subsidiary Rémy Cointreau UK Limited, of Bruichladdich Distillery Company Ltd., owner of Bruichladdich Single Malt Scotch whisky and its assets based on the Isle of Islay, Scotland.

The signing of the purchase agreement was announced in a press release on 23 July 2012.
