Atlassian Launches Recruitment Roadshow in Poland – Aims to Recruit 15 Engineers in 15 Days

GDANSK, Poland & SYDNEY--()--Leading enterprise software company Atlassian today announced its second European "Recruitment Roadshow" designed to hire 15 software developers in 15 days. Only this time, the company is focusing its hiring efforts on Eastern Europe to help a partner company, Spartez, recruit the region's top talent for its Gdansk, Poland office. Starting today, Atlassian and Spartez will begin the screening process to hire Java and front-end developers across all levels of experience. Atlassian partners with Spartez to manage a team of contractors to build groundbreaking collaboration software for product development teams. Informational evenings and interviews will take place mid-September in four Polish cities – Gdansk, Poznan, Warsaw, and Krakow.

"We launched our first roadshow through Western Europe this past spring to recruit top engineering talent for our Sydney office," explained Deepa Dhupelia, Atlassian's senior manager, talent acquisition campaigns. "The campaign was so successful that we're re-launching it for Spartez's Polish team because they've been a key part of our growth over the past few years, and we need them to scale with us. With some of the world's best engineers now coming from Eastern Europe, what better place to search than in Poland's own backyard?"

Successful applicants will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects related to some of Atlassian's key software development products – including JIRA, industry-leading issue and project tracking system; and Bamboo, Atlassian's continuous integration and release management system.

The Recruitment Roadshow is focused on hiring 15 strong Java and front-end developers, including team leads and principal developers, who share a passion for impacting the future of software development.
