Newgistics Announces Acquisition of AtLast Fulfillment

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Newgistics, a provider of small parcel delivery, returns management and freight shipping services, announced today it has acquired AtLast Fulfillment, a Colorado-based provider of fulfillment and warehousing solutions.

This marks a strategic investment for Newgistics, as AtLast Fulfillment’s business is in line with Newgistics’ logistics delivery and return business strategy. This acquisition substantially expands the range of solutions that Newgistics offers, which now includes turnkey solutions that allow emerging e-commerce merchants to work with a single partner for fulfillment, delivery and returns management.
