Mr. O’Malley’s experience includes 15 years in consulting with the Promontory Financial, Hay Group, Mercer and Pearl Meyer/Clark consulting firms and running his own consulting business (O’Malley & Associates). He has also served Yale University Press as Executive Editor in Business, Economics and Law.
Mr. O’Malley has also taught at the university level (Columbia University Business School and University of Colorado), written multiple books and articles on compensation, leadership and talent management, been cited widely in the business and financial media and spoken at multiple corporate executive events. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from Case Western Reserve University and a Ph.D. in Social Psychology and Quantitative Methods from Vanderbilt University. Mr. O’Malley is a Certified Life Underwriter (CLU) and a Chartered Financial Consultant (CFC).
Mr. O’Malley is working out of the New York Office and reporting to Mr. Kochanski.
