ICON Announces Peter Gray to Retire from ICON Board of Directors

ICON plc, (NASDAQ:ICLR)(ISIN:IE0005711209) , a global provider of outsourced development services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries, today announced that Vice Chairman, Mr. Peter Gray, has decided to retire at the company’s Annual General Meeting on the 19^th July, 2012.
