Victor IB Holdings LLC Receives Strategic Investment, Expands Board of Directors

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Victor IB Holdings LLC, operator of Victor Securities and Victor Technologies, announced today it has received equity funding from a group of private investors and financial industry veterans. Victor Securities is an institutional broker providing turn-key solutions to hedge funds, RIAs, and proprietary trading groups. Victor Technologies provides leading-edge risk management applications for equity and derivatives traders, leveraging GPU technology to provide low latency theoretical pricing and consolidated portfolio risk.

As a result of this transaction, Victor IB Holdings announced that it will add new leadership to its Board of Directors, including Michel Daher, Chairman of Master Capital Group SAL; and Jim Brown, an investor with significant experience investing in electronic trading systems including Liquidnet, Currenex, and FXCM. Existing Directors that will remain on the Board include Charles Goodgal, Founding Partner/CEO of The Gargoyle Group; Kevin Bakhler, CEO of Victor Securities; Phillip Martin, Managing Partner/CTO of The Gargoyle Group; Alan MacKenzie, Jr., Managing Partner/CFO of The Gargoyle Group; and Robert Newhouse, the CEO of Victor IB Holdings.
