CANTON, Ohio--()--Community health leaders and volunteers on June 13 will launch a grassroots program to serve uninsured, low-income and medically underserved women in the Canton area. Community health leaders and representatives of KeyBank and Susan G. Komen for the Cure will lead a Regional Breast Health Summit, followed by training of 20 volunteers as Komen Community Health Advisors.
Canton becomes the third KeyBank city to benefit from the Komen Community Health Advisors. KeyBank is donating $1 million to Komen to launch the training in 18 cities.
