Starbucks® K-Cup® Packs Available Starting Tuesday, June 12, at Starbucks Retail Stores Nationwide

Starbucks Adds Popular Coffee Varieties in 12-Count Packs With Additional Varieties and Tazo® Teas Coming in July

SEATTLE--()--Starbucks Coffee Company (NASDAQ:SBUX) today announced that, beginning Tuesday, June 12, Starbucks® K-Cup® packs will be available in participating Starbucks retail stores nationwide. Starbucks is the exclusive, licensed super-premium coffee brand produced by Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Inc. (GMCR) for its Keurig® K-Cup® Single Cup Brewers.

“Following the successful launch of Starbucks® K-Cup® packs into food, drug, mass, and club channels last November, we are looking forward to offering Starbucks® K-Cup® packs to the millions of customers who visit our stores every week,” said Cliff Burrows, Starbucks president, U.S. and the Americas.

Pike Place® Roast and Sumatra, medium and dark roast coffees, respectively, and among Starbucks most popular coffees, will be available in 12-count packs for $11.95. Starbucks Veranda Blend™, a Blonde roast coffee, and Caffè Verona®, a dark roast coffee, will be added to the assortment in July, along with Tazo® Awake™ and Tazo® Zen™ teas. Starting in July, Starbucks® K-Cup® packs in Veranda Blend™, Caffè Verona®, Tazo® Awake™, and Tazo® Zen™ will also be available in participating Starbucks retail stores in Canada.
