Oshkosh Corporation Clarifies Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Contract Announcement

OSHKOSH, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oshkosh Corporation (NYSE: OSK) commented today that DLA contract SPM8EC-12-D-0009, awarded to the Company for the procurement of commercial type fire and emergency vehicles, does not require the agency to order vehicles from Oshkosh. The contract is a multiple award schedule-type contract that allows the services (i.e. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and several federal civilian agencies) that use these vehicles to place future delivery orders under the contract. The contract is active through June 5, 2017.
