Since the launch of Texas.gov in 2010, web analytics indicate that mobile visits are growing steadily. Every day, more than 6,800 visits, or 10% of total visits to Texas.gov, originate from a mobile device. In response to this trend, Texas.gov developed a mobile site that features responsive design, a simple interface, eye-catching icons, and plain language content. In total, the Texas.gov mobile site delivers an impeccable, intuitive user experience.

Many of the services offered on the mobile site, such as Driver License Renewal and Fund for Veterans Assistance donations, also feature mobile-friendly best practices giving Texans a seamless transition from the government portal to a government transaction.
