IMDS Announces Refinancing Transaction, Changes to Board of Directors

FORT WORTH, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--IMDS® (Innovative Medical Device Solutions) announced the refinancing of its senior and subordinated debt obligations and changes to its Board of Directors.
