The addition of Ms. Carter and Ms. Jack further expands the firm’s already strong team of regulatory and scientific professionals.

With a career that has spanned research, regulatory and industry experience, Linda Carter is widely considered an institutional expert on issues related to FDA’s regulation of pharmaceutical products. Ms. Carter brings more than 20 years of FDA experience to her role at Greenleaf Health, including expert knowledge and understanding of the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (“FD&C Act”) and the accompanying regulations, policies, and guidance related to the drug review process, Good Clinical Practices, import and export issues, and of FDA organization and personnel.
In her new role, Ms. Carter will provide strategic consulting services and work with Greenleaf clients to bring innovative pharmaceuticals to patients. She will be based at the firm’s Washington, D.C. headquarters.
Alice Jack is a well-known leader within the medical device industry. With more than 30 years of medical device management experience, Ms. Jack has a unique understanding of the evolving industry. Prior to joining Greenleaf, Ms. Jack served as Executive Vice President of CyberHeart Inc. In this role she was responsible for developing and implementing the business strategy to introduce the world’s first non-invasive radiosurgical system to treat atrial fibrillation.
As Vice President of Business Development, Ms. Jack will utilize her extensive medical device experience, which includes strategic marketing, sales, fundraising and business development. Ms. Jack plays the integral role of promoting Greenleaf’s broad range of services designed to assist companies bringing innovative medical technologies to market. Ms. Jack will be based in the firm’s Portola Valley, CA office.
