BUENOS AIRES, Argentina--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Arcos Dorados Holdings Inc. (NYSE: ARCO) (“Arcos Dorados” or the “Company”), Latin America’s largest restaurant chain and the world’s largest McDonald’s franchisee, announced today that the Board of Directors approved a total dividend cash payment of US$ 50,035,624 for 2012 to be paid in four equal installments of US$ 12,508,906 each. The first cash dividend payment amounting to US$0.0597 per share of outstanding Class A and Class B shares will be distributed May 4, 2012, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 2, 2012. Subsequent distribution dates shall be determined by the Board of Directors.
