Under the terms of the partnership, members of the CTSA-IP Initiative will be able to seamlessly post technologies, research projects and collaboration opportunities to Flintbox® (www.flintbox.com), Wellspring’s Open Innovation Platform. Flintbox is the largest research collaboration platform with over 500 organizations using the site. The Flintbox-CTSA-IP partnership will be used to promote collaborations between the individual CTSA institutions, industry and other organizations, as well as facilitate connections with a broader network through the CTSA consortium.

Posting technologies on Flintbox.com is free for universities and research institutes. Industry technology scouts and research professionals utilize Flintbox by browsing the publicly listed technologies, as well as receiving alerts when new technologies are posted that match their interest areas.
