New Company Named ZaZa Energy Corporation Company Issues $100 Million in Senior Secured Notes

(Nasdaq:RODM), acted as advisor to ZaZa Energy Corporation (“the Company” or “ZaZa”) (NASDAQ: ZAZA) and as the exclusive agent for the private placement of $100M of Senior Secured Notes and related warrants who announced today that it has completed the combination of Toreador Resources and ZaZa Energy LLC, creating an international resource-focused exploration and production company. In the merger, each share of Toreador was converted into one share of ZaZa common stock.
