PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--On February 22, 2012, the Board of Directors of Portland General Electric Company (NYSE: POR) declared a quarterly common stock dividend of 26.5 cents per share. The dividend is payable on or before April 16, 2012, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 26, 2012.
