WSO2 and GRIDSOLUT Partner to Deliver SOA, BPM and Cloud Solutions to the German Market

PALO ALTO, Calif. & STUTTGART, Germany--(BUSINESS WIRE)--WSO2 and GRIDSOLUT today announced a strategic partnership to deliver service-oriented architecture (SOA), business process management (BPM), and cloud-based solutions to enterprises in Germany. WSO2 delivers the industry’s most comprehensive middleware platforms for enabling SOA and composite application development and deployment on-premise and in the cloud. GRIDSOLUT brings proven expertise in delivering software and IT consulting services to enterprises and government organizations. Under terms of the agreement, GRIDSOLUT will use WSO2’s middleware to provide new and existing customers with on-premise and on-demand IT solutions for optimizing their business processes and operational efficiencies. Additionally, GRIDSOLUT will assist WSO2 with local technical and sales support among German-speaking customers. WSO2 will provide GRIDSOLUT with technical, sales and marketing support to promote SOA adoption and help customers achieve the high availability, high performance, and flexibility they require for IT and business agility.

GRIDSOLUT delivers software and services based on architectural expertise in the areas of SOA, BPM and on-demand computing—with particular expertise in the automotive, manufacturing and government sectors.
