Lin International (TYLI), a globally recognized full-service infrastructure consulting firm, has won a “Best-in-Class” Interactive Media Award (IMA) for the category of Professional Services. The Best-in-Class award is the highest honor bestowed by the IMA organization. It represents the very best in planning, execution and overall professionalism. In order to win this award, the site must successfully pass through a comprehensive judging process, achieving high marks in each of the judging criteria — an achievement only a fraction of sites in the IMA competition earn each year.
Judging for the IMA utilized a points-based scoring system which allowed each entry to receive a maximum of 500 points. TYLI excelled in all areas of the judging criteria and achieved a near-perfect overall score of 489, with perfect individual scores for the categories of Content and Feature Functionality. In all, five criteria were used to score the website: Design, Content, Feature Functionality, Usability, and Standards Compliance & Cross-Browser Compatibility. There were 98 entries submitted under the 'Professional Services' category for 2011.
