BLOOMFIELD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cigna today announced it has completed its acquisition of HealthSpring, expanding Cigna's presence in the Seniors and Medicare segments. The acquisition adds more than one million individuals to Cigna's existing 70 million customer relationships.
