DART, powered by RenewData’s patent-pending Vestigate^® technology, captures language that a human reviewer determines is relevant and bulk tags all other documents in the collection with the same language. As a one-of-a-kind front-end to the Relativity platform, it provides greater transparency into first-pass review. Case managers can audit the decisions made by document reviewers in real time and bulk tag selected language. This ability accelerates second-pass review by showing the reviewer exactly why the document has been selected and provides a granular organization of relevant documents for subsequent review efficiencies. In addition, DART’s electronic highlighter allows for the work product to be reused for other issues within a case, as well as other like cases.
