Pall Corporation Increases Quarterly Dividend 20%

PORT WASHINGTON, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pall Corporation (NYSE: PLL) today announced that its board of directors declared a 20 percent increase in its quarterly dividend to 21 cents per share.

The dividend is payable on February 21, 2012, to shareholders of record on the close of business on February 7, 2012. This is the 8th consecutive year the company has increased its cash dividend.
