Roeschlein joins Intransa with extensive financial experience ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 500. He is particularly adept at working with high-growth, high-technology companies and developing the operational and financial control systems to support rapid overall growth and profitability.

With almost two decades of financial leadership experience, Roeschlein brings with him a wealth of knowledge gathered across a number of industries. He joins Intransa from Trident Microsystems, while prior serving as the CFO at Power Integrations and earlier at Selectica. He began his professional career as an auditor and consultant with Coopers & Lybrand, and at Hewlett Packard as divisional controller. Roeschlein holds an MBA in Finance from Cornell University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
