Tecce was a partner of McShea & Tecce and is a former Assistant U.S. Attorney where he tried numerous cases. Tecce is a registered patent attorney and focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation in federal and state courts in Pennsylvania and throughout the country. Tecce has extensive jury trial experience and has litigated and tried all types of intellectual property cases, including patent, trademark, trade secret, antitrust, restrictive covenants, and unfair competition matters.
