Synergy Technologies Inc. Completes Acquisition of SteriFx

SHREVEPORT, La.--()--Synergy Technologies Inc. (STI), the leading privately held provider of processing aids and anti-microbial solutions to the food processing industry, announced today that it has completed its acquisition of SteriFx Inc., a premier firm concentrating in providing anti-microbial protection to the poultry and turkey processing industries.
