CSC Wins $25 Million Task Order to Provide Visa Support Services in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem

FALLS CHURCH, Va.--()--The U.S. Department of State Bureau of Consular Affairs awarded CSC (NYSE: CSC) a task order to provide support services for consular operations in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. The task order, which was awarded during CSC’s second quarter of fiscal year 2012, has a one-year base period and four option years, bringing the estimated total five-year value to $25 million. It was awarded under the Global Support Strategy (GSS) for Overseas Consular Services indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract that CSC won in March 2010.

Under the terms of the task order, CSC will provide a variety of non-immigrant and immigrant visa support services, such as processing information, setting up appointments, collecting fees and providing greeting services. For the last 20 years, CSC has supported the Department of State in its efforts to find efficiencies of scale through global contracts and gain significant improvements to the integrity and performance of existing operations.
