The PrinceRidge Group LLC Names Michael McGovern Head of Debt Capital Markets

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The PrinceRidge Group LLC, the institutional client-oriented broker-dealer founded by John Costas (Chairman) and Michael Hutchins (CEO), has named Michael McGovern as Head of Debt Capital Markets, reporting to the Head of Investment Banking, John McNicholas, and the COO of Corporate Credit, Scott Vandersnow. Mr. McGovern will be a valued addition to PrinceRidge, specifically helping expand its banking and placement efforts.

Mr. McGovern will add over 25 years of investment banking and debt capital markets experience to the PrinceRidge team. Most recently, Mr. McGovern co-founded Regian Capital Advisors, an investment banking advisory boutique. He previously served as the Head of US Leveraged and Acquisition Finance for HSBC. Prior to joining HSBC, Mr. McGovern was a Managing Director at JP Morgan Chase for 18 years, holding a variety of leadership positions including Head of Origination for Global Syndicated Finance, and Head of Corporate Finance for Consumer and Healthcare Investment Banking. Mr. McGovern earned his B.S. in Finance and Economics at Manhattan College, and his Masters in Business Administration at Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
