He brings more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development in both mature and growth-oriented companies. In this position, Higgins will be responsible for expanding the company's ecosystem of partners.

Prior to his position at Salesforce.com, he held executive positions at Coupa Software, Helpstream, Sigma Dynamics and Siperian.
