ATLANTA--()--The Oracle Applications Users Group (OAUG), the world’s largest user knowledgebase for Oracle® Applications users, welcomes three new board members and four re-elected members to its 2012 board of directors.

The new board members are Melissa English, global instructional design manager at Alticor, parent company of Amway Corp.; Kaberi Nayak, lead Oracle Applications DBA at MITRE Corp.; and Tammy Norton, partner and financial consolidation practice lead at Emerging Solutions.
Melissa English currently manages Amway’s Oracle E-Business Suite training in more than 80 countries and territories around the world. She has more than 18 years of experience with the Oracle E-Business Suite and is a 15-year member of the OAUG, taking on assorted roles including member of the OAUG Education Committee, chair of the Tutor/UPK and Technology Adoption SIG and author/presenter of whitepapers and webinars at various OAUG and Oracle events.
Kaberi Nayak has more than 20 years of experience with Oracle Database administration and more than 16 years’ experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite environments. Kaberi is a member of multiple OAUG Committees including Membership, Education, OAUG Fusion Council and actively volunteers in several OAUG Geographic (Geo) and Special Interest Group (SIG) activities. She holds many leadership roles within the OAUG as the vice chair for the OAUG Upgrade SIG, vice chair for the OAUG Database SIG and co-president of the DCOAUG.
Tammy Norton has 20 years of experience in the information technology field, with a strong background in the implementation and integration of in-house and third-party software applications. She has implemented more than 100 Hyperion consolidation systems across the United States and internationally. Tammy has presented at Oracle OpenWorld and COLLABORATE conferences as well as given local NCOAUG presentations. She was responsible for running the Chicago Hyperion Group prior to the Oracle acquisition.
OAUG board members reelected for 2012 are John Bushell, JT&M Bushell; Patricia Dues, City of Las Vegas; Christine Hipp, Los Alamos National Laboratory; and Margaret Wright, Southern Company Services. Seven board members elected in 2011 will complete their elected terms in 2012. OAUG members elect representatives to the OAUG Board of Directors from a slate of current, active members.
