Mark will provide investment advisory services to clients.

Prior to joining Bel Air, Mark founded and was the managing partner of Lionshead Capital Management, LLC, an investment firm which made direct structured equity and debt investments into publicly-traded small and mid-cap companies. Before founding Lionshead, Mark held the position of senior vice president at Tucker Anthony Sutro, where he originated and structured over $1.7 billion of publicly-offered and privately-placed transactions. Prior to that, he worked at Morgan Stanley in New York.
Mark holds an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.A. from UCLA. He served on the board of the Ahmanson/UCLA Adult Congenital Heart Disease Center and is an active supporter of Children International, Westside School of Ballet, and UCLA.
