The most recent international carriers added to Xigo Enterprise are Claro Brazil and Nextel Telecomunicações Ltda, both located in Brazil. These new carriers join other notable international carriers such as Singapore’s SingTel, Mexico’s Alestra, India’s Tata Teleservices Ltd and Australia’s Telstra. Conducting separate expense analyses for each geographic region is not only inefficient, but it also prevents companies from seeing a holistic view of their fixed and mobile expenses—hindering their ability to see problems and make corrections that improve operations and the bottom line. For example, a line can be assigned to an employee and when an invoice is received, that line will be allocated to the employee’s current cost center as specified in the most recent HRIS feed.
- Network Mapping: Real-time network mapping enables a geographic drill-down from a world or country view down to individual lines and circuits with current usage and cost detail.
